Day 1 Arrive to Guatemala – Antigua Guatemala

Meeting upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in the colonial city of Antigua Guatemala. (1hr) the country’s original capital, declared a World Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO in 1979.

Day 2 Chocolate workshop B

Today you will take a half day in Choco Museo, you will be able to learn about cacao and chocolate, like the production process or the history of cacao since the Maya, 1000 years ago. You can even sign up for a workshop, and make your own chocolate, right from the cacao beans! If you want to go even deeper in your knowledge, you’ll be offered to visit real cacao plantation, where you’ll meet farmers and share their passion. (3-4hrs). Free time afternoon.

Day 3 Bike tour & Boat tour Lagunas B

We will take a flight to Flores; upon arrival we will visit a private reserve for a boat tour full of nature and monkeys. In the afternoon we will do a bike tour, level I and II. through the jungle. 2-3 hrs aprox. Then free time to enjoy the pool at your hotel.

Day 4 Crater Azul B

Today you will visit a natural sanctuary of aquatic plants and blue waters. Float on the Pucte River through the tropical dry forest, keeping your eyes peeled for otters, crocodiles, monkeys, and large birds like herons, and Rostrhamus sociabilis. Time to snorkeling at the clear water.

Day 5 Tecolote´s Caves B

This is Guatemala's best whitewater adventure river yet. Adventurous families with teenagers can consider this trip. It combines crystal clear emerald green waters and pristine jungle with the exhilaration of class III-IV rapids. Afternoon transfer to Candelaria hotel.

Day 6 Kayak + Hike + Arcas B L

Ready for more adventures, today we do 3 activities, kayak in the lake with incredible views of Flores Island, hike to the viewpoint, and visit Arcas, an animal rescue center where we will see the jaguar.

Day 7 Tikal B L

Explore the amazing Mayan Temple site at Tikal where huge Mayan temples rise above the jungle canopy and monkeys and tropical birds are abundant in the surrounding rainforest. After lunch, guests will fly back to Guatemala City and transfer to your hotel.

Day 8 Hobitenango B

Back in Guatemala City, we are going to visit one of the most beautiful and unique viewpoints, Hobitenango with hobbit-type houses and a very entertaining access.

Day 9 Guatemala - OUT B

This morning our driver will transfer guests to the airport in plenty of time to catch your international flight onwards.
