Day 1 Arrive to Guatemala – Antigua Guatemala

Meeting upon arrival, transfer to your hotel in the colonial city of Antigua Guatemala. (1hr) the country’s original capital, declared a World Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO in 1979.

Day 2 Antigua Guatemala ATV Tour B

Today we take an ATV tour visiting the Cerro de la Cruz with views of the entire valley of Antigua Guatemala. Then we visit the ¨Chocolateria Antigua¨ knowing its facilities and process of its chocolates. We continue to the towns of San Pedro de las Huertas and San Antonio Aguas Calientes.

Day 3 Pacaya Volcano Hike B

Head to Pacaya active volcano in Guatemala, with an altitude of 2500 mts. above sea level. With an impressive view of Laguna Calderas also Agua, Fuego and Acatenango volcanoes. If active, you will get to see the lava eruption from a safe distance.

Day 5 Atitlan Lake B

Morning transfer to Panajachel 2.5hrs then take a scenic boat ride across Lake Atitlan to the village of Santiago where you’ll be visiting the Maya god Maximon and learn about the spiritualism and beliefs of the T’zutujil Maya. Also visit San Juan La Laguna, a village famous for its attractive murals on every side of the streets.

Day 5 Bike tour B

Start from Panajachel we will take you to the top of the hill on Lake Atitlan where your journey begins cycling begins at the top of the lake and you will be able to make travel between dirt roads and paved road until reach the lakeshore. In this adventure you go through the towns of San Andres, Godinez, agua escondida, San Antonio, Santa Catarina and ends in Panajachel. Transfer to Guatemala City.

Day 6 Kayaking Lake Petén Itzá + Hike + Playa Chechenal B

After arriving in Flores, in the afternoon we will kayak in Lake Peten Itza with a view of the Island of Flores, a short walk to the viewpoint of Rey Canek, to finish on a beach and enjoy the sunset and a splash.

Day 7 Nakum 4x4 route B L

Today we are going to explore the Petenera jungle in a 4x4 to visit Nakum, one of the hidden Mayan sites with very unique Mayan structures that you cannot see elsewhere.

Day 8 Yaxha & Topoxte B L

After sunrise in the jungle, take your time and enjoy. The visit of the day is the Island of Topoxte, a Mayan accentuation that dates from the times of Noj Tayasal, today known as the Island of Flores. We continue to Yaxha, a Mayan city designed with squares and paths that we can still appreciate in its original stucco, incredible views of the lakes.

Day 9 Tikal Sunrise B

Today you will have the opportunity to live a unique experience, the awakening of the jungle, we cannot guarantee the sun in its splendor, but if you like to feel the sounds and aromas of the jungle, then a relaxed tour through the squares of Tikal.

Day 10 Guatemala - OUT

This morning our driver will transfer guests to the airport in plenty of time to catch your international flight onwards.
