El Mirador Heli-tour
A heli-tour with spectacular views of the island of Flores to seek of a forgotten Maya city!
Guests are picked up from your hotel at 7:00 – 8:00 am. (Pick up time can be changed). Transfer to heli-airport, then star our adventure to El Mirador 45 min. approx. in the middle to the jungle, surrounded by howler monkeys, birds and even without the history of the Maya. You will on walk with our guide, La Danta, El Tigre and frieze of Mayan mythological passage, where twin heroes Ixbalanque and Hunacpú leave the underworld carrying the head of their father, Hun Hunapú.
In recent years only about 3,000-4,000 people a year visit the site, it is very likely that when you visit the site, you are the only tourist in the area.
