David Reyes
Adventure Guide

I am David Reyes, an adventurer with passion for life. I like challenges and new things and new times. My motto is “even when I have seen it, done it or felt it many times before this can be the last one”. We are travelers; we travel in time, space and history. It doesn´t matter how much we have travelled, how long we have lived, we know it is not enough.

I have experienced over 58 Maya sites and over 500 miles of jungle along my life. Some of them are: EL Mirador, Nakbe, Palenque, Piedras Negras, Yaxchilan, Caracol, Uaxactun, Tikal, Copan among many others. Everyone is so spectacular and unique, misterious and marvellous at the same time. Every adventure will difine the next one, every adventure will open your mind and make you more sensitive to our past, present and future.
I love the idea of being part of a new adventure. Being there with the ones who are willing to experience beyond the boundaries of our imagination. The idea of becoming an eye-witness of what a man can get to admire makes believe that this is what I am here for.  It is a real privilege to be part of your adventure, I love this, I love what I am. Your Tour Guide, your traveler fellow, your friend or just that person next to you.

If you are up for this then you and me have and appointment: see you for my next adventure.

Eric Garcia
Tour Guide

In 1995 I started my passion to become a tour guide in the region of Petén. As a result of observing the large number of people from different countries, who were eager to learn more about the ancient culture of the Mayas and the natural wealth that surrounds us.

My desire to protect and preserve part of the rich flora that we have, I was awakened passion for the creation of a botanical garden full of orchids and medicinal plants in order to continue to transmit my knowledge and experience to the next generations.
